Q: What are the benefits of the Essential Membership?
A: You receive a discounted rate for your monthly appointments plus 10% off the regular price of any other products or services you purchase. Exclusive discounts available during the holiday season and for our monthly featured services.
Q: How much is the Essential Membership?
A: To enroll in this membership program, you will pay an Activation Fee Retainer, which is two months' dues. If you choose to commit to a sixty minute appointment each month, for example, your Activation Fee Retainer will be $108. If you enroll the same day you have an appointment, you will pay the retainer fee in addition to your appointment fee, or $162.
Q: What if I forget to show up for my appointment or can’t make an appointment?
A: As stated above, natural forms of healthcare have vast benefits when used consistently. Our Essential Membership was designed to encourage this consistently. If you do not appear for a scheduled appointment, and have not called to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, your session fee will be deducted from your retainer. However, if you reschedule your appointment with a minimum 24 hours notice, your session will remain available and no deductions will be made.
Q: Can I give my massage appointment to someone else?
A: These monthly appointments are for you – and your health! This membership is not transferrable.
Q: Can I freeze my membership?
A: Memberships cannot be “put on hold” or “frozen” unless a note from a physician is provided for conditions that require this.
Q: What if I forget to schedule an appointment one month?
A: It is your responsibility to schedule your appointment each month. When an appointment has not been made within the month, the fee is still due and will be deducted from your retainer the last day of the month. A receipt will then be mailed to you.
Q: What if no deductions are made from my retainer fee?
A: You will not be required to pay at the time of service for the last two months of your membership if no deductions have been made from your retainer once you get to your fifth month.
Q: What if I decide to upgrade my appointment?
A: If you decide you would rather have a 90-minute appointment one month instead of a 60-minute, that's okay. You will just pay the 90-minute Essential Member fee of $74 instead of $54 at the time of service.
