Cancellation Policy

We will be happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge with a minimum 12 hour notice.  For less than 12 hour’s notice for cancellations or missed appointments, the full fee is required.

Late Arrivals

We take pride in the fact that our clients’ appointments are on time and never rushed.  Therefore, as a courtesy to everyone – Thank you for being prompt!  Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session and will be charged the full amount of your originally scheduled appointment time.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover at the time of your visit.  

Personal Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our number one priority; therefore, our bodywork professionals will take all necessary steps to make your session as pleasant and comfortable as possible.  However, in order for them to do this, you must provide them with feedback if you are not satisfied.  Please allow them the chance to improve the condition(s) whether it is the pressure level, the room temperature, the oil/lotion, or the music (genre or volume).

Professional Behavior

Life Essentials Wellness Center is a professional massage therapy and holistic healthcare business providing a variety of services to the public to encourage relaxation, wellness, and wise stress-management choices.  Please understand that if you make unreasonable or sexual requests of our bodywork professionals, your session will be terminated immediately and any money already paid will NOT be refunded.  If payment had not already been paid, full payment for service rendered will be required.  If you fail to pay for service already rendered, we reserve the right to notify the proper authorities.
