We have a lot going on this spring and summer at Life Essentials! A Sporting Chance is our sponsored charity for the month. We have a personal trainer on board offering his services and a group class beginnin in May. We are getting ready for Mother's Day and we have two workshops coming up in May.

What's happening at Life Essentials in March?
One of our clients is preparing for a marathon with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s TEAM IN TRAINING. Consequently, we are helping her raise money for this organization and all that it does for fighting blood cancers.
