NEW!! Calendar of Events on website
In order to keep all of our clients and potential clients
up-to-date on what’s going on at our wellness center, we’ve
added a calendar to our website that give a
month-at-a-glance plan for all our events and classes.

The Nia Technique Master Class & Workshop – May 9th & 10th
Robin Bach (www.robinbachnia.com) will be here from St.
Louis to teach this extraordinary lifestyle practice.
Through expressive movement – the Body’s Way – Nia empowers
people to achieve physical, mental, emotional and spiritual
health and well-being. Nia blends a range of rhythmic
music styles with carefully choreographed hour-long
routines. This technique was inspired by martial arts,
dance arts, and the healing arts.
Getting ready for Mother’s Day – Sunday, May 11th
This Mother’s Day, give mom the gift that will tantalize
all of her senses! Spring signifies new beginnings and
brings with it beautiful blooming flowers, singing birds,
milder temperatures, and fresh fruits and veggies from the
garden.

During the month of May, our wellness center will be filled
with fresh spring flowers in every room and music that
reflects the sounds of spring. Each of our guests will be
pampered with a glass of pomegranate spritzer and their
choice of aromatherapy essential oils to enjoy with their
appointment.

All of this pampering is included at no additional charge
during the month of May. You can choose from our spa
packages or you can purchases services a la carte.

Australian Didgeridoo Workshop – Friday, May 23rd
Phil Jones is returning to Springfield! During this
interactive presentation, Australian sound therapist, Phil
Jones (www.philjonesmusic.com), will teach you how to play
the didgeridoo, an ancient and sacred Australian Aboriginal
wind instrument made from the eucalyptus tree. Playing
this instrument is an entertaining way to explore the power
of breath and sound and increase your lung capacity with
healing and revitalizing oxygen – shallow breathers,
asthmatics, and smokers particularly benefit.

For more information about any of these events, call us at

Spring!
